I am the President of Southwestern Montana Financial Center, Inc., with locations in Belgrade & Helena. On April 1, 2019, Southwestern Montana Financial Center, Inc. experienced a great honor. Reliance Global Holdings, LLC., a Company based in New Jersey, purchased the substantial assets of Southwestern Montana Financial Center, Inc. The Insurance Division will transition as of September 1, 2019, to Southwestern Montana Insurance Center, LLC.
My employment will continue with Southwestern Montana Insurance Center, LLC, as the Agency General Manager. My responsibilities are unchanged after the acquisition; as is my enthusiasm to provide exemplary service to my loyal customers. I am excited about my future and that of my staff. It is the goal of Reliance Global Holdings, LLC. that our customers will not be impacted by this change. All of us at Southwestern Montana Financial Center, Inc. are excited to be part of this growing and dynamic company. The Securities Division of Southwestern Montana Financial Center, Inc. will continue to be serviced, as before the acquisition.
