We continue to listen to you and make improvements to our resources in support of the work you do. for example, you suggested making it easier for consumers to connect with you. In response, this year it’s easier for consumers to find you using our “Find Local Help” tool and for you to be listed in all states where you hold a valid health insurance license. Additionally, our new “Help on Demand” tool makes it possible for consumers to connect with you directly from HealthCare.gov. Finally, we continue to improve our training platform to make it easier for agents and brokers to obtain training and to continue growing their business.
